Worsley-Cauble
Salisbury. Oct. 10. – Miss Roxanna Cauble, of Salisbury, and William Robert Worsley of Tarboro, were married Wednesday at Burlington. They will make their home at Tarboro. Mrs. Worsley is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Cauble, of Salisbury, and has taught in public schools of the State for several years.

MRS. ROXANNE WORSLEY
TARBORO – Mrs. Roxanna Cauble Wrosley, 63, died at 2 a.m. today in a Raleigh hospital. She had been ill five months.
The wife of W. Robert Worsley, she lived at 109 W. St. John St. here. She was born at Faith in Rowan County, daughter of Bonita and Henry W. Cauble. She attended Mount Amena [sic] Seminary at Mount Pleasant and also studied at the University of North Carolina. She taught school at Speed in the Edgecombe County system until failing health forced her retirement last summer. She was a member of Howard Memorial Presbyterian Church here, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Tarboro Business and Professional Women’s Club.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Worsley is survived by a son, Carl of Rocky Mount; two brothers, W. L. Cauble of Hickory and the Rev. John Lee Cauble of Salem, Ore.; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Howard Memorial Presbyterian Church at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Wellford E. Hobbie, pastor.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Harry Alderman, Wiley Bulluck, Isaac Brown, J. R. Spruill, H. H. Palmer, Jr., and Tom P. Bardin. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
