PALLIE RUSSELL LEFLER

ALBEMARLE – Pallie Lee Russell Lefler, 93, 30507 Lowell Road, died Monday (Nov. 30, 1998) at Britthaven of the Piedmont.

Born Oct. 15, 1905, in Montgomery County, Mrs. Lefler was a daughter of the late Leonard Cyrus and Louisa “Lula” Poole Russell. She was a homemaker. A member of First Street United Methodist Church, she formerly served as church organist.

Survivors include husband John Calvin Lefler and sister Ann Henn, New York City.

Services: Graveside, 2 p.m. Tuesday, Albemarle City Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. J. David Colson, pastor, First United Methodist Church.

Visitation: The family will be at the home on Lowell Road. The body will remain at Hartsell Funeral Home until time for the service.
