Mrs. Elizabeth Clontz Services Tomorrow

Mrs. Elizabeth Barbee Clontz, 83, of 2623 Central Ave. died yesterday at Huntersville Hospital.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at McEwen West Chapel with the Rev. A. Jackson Morrison and the Rev. Thomas W. MacLean officiating. Entombment will be in Sharon Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Born June 3, 1893 in Locust, she was the daughter of the late Franklin P. and Sophia Smith Barbee. Mrs. Clontz was a member of Third Presbyterian Church and a member of Circle No. 3 Women of the church. She attended Davenport College and was graduated from Mont Amoena Seminary in Mount Pleasant.

Surviving are her husband, Guy H. Clontz; a daughter, Mrs. Maxine C. Younce of Charlotte; a brother, W. J. Barbee of Charlotte; a granddaughter and a great-grandson.
