Barnhardt-Winecoff

A home wedding, beautiful though in its simplicity, was taht of Miss Katie Barnhardt, of No. 4 township, and Mr. Luther W. Winecoff, of Forest Hill, last Sunday afternoon, June 11, at 4 o’clock. The marriage took place at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Barnhardt, and was a surprise to all, except the families of the bride and groom. Immediately after the ceremony the young couple was escorted to the dining room where a delightful dinner was served.

The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. N Barnhardt, and is a young woman of admiral qualities, and has many friends throughout the State. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Winecoff and is a very prosperous young man. He holds a position as clerk with the H. B. Wilkinson Furniture company and has a wide circle of friends. Rev. C. A. Brown officiated at the ceremony. A FRIEND.
