Miss Frances Elizabeth Biles,
87, Birmingham, died yesterday. Graveside service 2 p.m. today, Elmwood Cemetery, Valley Chapel Funeral Home. Retired special education teacher, former resident Albemarle, N. C., member Albemarle Unite Methodist Church, graduate Greensboro College, graduated with masters degree Winthrop College, member Alpha Delta Kappa sorority. Survivors: two cousins, Mrs. Maxine M.
