Cupid Makes Raid on Teaching Forces
Two Changes in Rural School Faculties Account Marriage

The rural schools will open next Monday, says Mr. C. A. Reap, superintendent, who was Wednesday checking over his school affairs and getting “all set” for the new year.

He remarked that there will be at least two changes in the personnel of the teaching forces after Christmas. Two of his valued teachers have resigned their positions to accept more attractive places in life. Miss Luna Coble, of the East Albemarle school, will hereafter be known as Mrs. B. H. Wallace, of Badin. Mr. Wallace is well known as being collected [sic] the U. S. department of internal revenue…
