The Funeral of Miss Coffin

The funeral of Miss Jennie H. Coffin, who entered into rest Saturday morning in her apartments in the Olivia Raney Library, Raleigh, were held from Christ Church, Raleigh, Sunday morning, Rev. M. A. Barber reading the solemn ritual. The internment was in Oakwood cemetery. Miss Coffin was librarian of the Olivia Raney Library from the beginning and endeared herself to a host of people by their unfailing courtesy and womanly character. Mrs. Sallie Coffin Taylor, as sister, is her only surviving relative. Mrs. Taylor was with her during her illness.
