Thompson Rites

LANDIS – Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Lipe Thompson were held at 11 a.m. today at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral HOme Chapel here.

Officiating at the rites were the Rev. Melbourne R. Farris and the Rev. R. M. Honeycutt. Burial was in St. Enoch Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Doc Adams, D. L. Miller, John Lipe, Paul Shue, Carl Beaner and Earl Picklet.

Mrs. Thompson died Tuesday at Fletcher, N.C. She was formerly a resident of Landis.
