MRS. FLETCHER DANIEL
SALISBURY, July 14 – Mrs. Fletcher A. Daniel, 81, died Friday at her home here. The former Beulah Safrit, she was educated in Rowan County schools and at Mount Amoena Seminary at Mount Pleasant. Mrs. Daniel was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, the Kings Daughters and the WTCU. Survivors: her husband; one stepson, Clarence f. Daniel of Route 4, Salisbury; three brothers, Thomas F. Safrit of Roanoke, Va., Charlie B. Safrit of Alcoma, Va., and Alblert S. Safrit of China Grove; one sister, Mrs. Snowdie Connell of Spencer; and one granddaughter. Funeral 4 p.m. Sunday, Second Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Milton B. Faust, burial Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
