MRS. KEMPSON, FORMER SCHOOL TEACHER, DIES
LITTLE MOUNTAIN – Mrs. James Magnus Kempson, 86, died Monday in the Lowman Home at White Rock.
Mrs. Kempson, the former Blanche Setzler, daughter of the late P. O. W. and Wilmetta Huffman Setzler. She was a graduate of Mont Amoena Seminary in Mount Pleasant, N. C., and was a schoolteacher in both North and South Carolina.
Surviving are two sons, the rev. J. Obert Kempson of Columbia and Carroll S. Kempson of Little Mountain; two sisters, Mrs. W. B. Harris and Julia Setzler of Pomaria; and two brothers, T. D. Setzler of Swansea and G. O. Setzler of Pomaria.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Goth Lee Hill and the Rev. J. Kenneth Webb.
Memorials may be made to the Lowman home.
