Dr. C. H. Barnhardt, of Mt. Pleasant, will be married this afternoon at 5 o’clock to Miss Agnes Barringer, of No. 8. The ceremony will be performed at the bride’s residence by Rev. Paul Barringer.

MRS. AGNES B. BARNHARDT.

Delco. — Mrs. Agnes Barringer Barnhardt, 71, wife of the late Dr. Charles H. Barnhardt, died Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock in James Walker Memorial Hospital in Wilmington following a brief illness. A native of Mt. Pleasant, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John D. Barringer.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. from Delco Baptist Church with the Rev. Mr. Walton of Wilmington as the officiating minister. Interment will be in Lake Waccamaw Cemetery.

Surviving are one son, J. J. Barnhardt of Delco; a stepson, Paul Barnhardt of Concord; a daughter, Bess Barnhardt of Richmond, Va.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Rutledge McEachern of Midland and Mrs. Lee Honeycutt of Charlotte; two brothers, P. M. and T. A. Barringer, both of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Mrs. Emma Barnhardt, who lives in Missouri; two grandchildren.

The body will be taken to the church an hour before the funeral.
